I own "Amok Time," and "Journey To Babel," and I love them, but "City On The Edge Of Forever," may be my very most favorite.
Also, "Devil In The Dark," and, of course, "The Trouble With Tribbles!"

Just the anticipation of seeing the new movie has me going into nostalgia warp drive. Anybody have any favorites from the original series??

City on the Edge of Forever was probably the best television episode ever. Hands down.
Gosh, I liked so many of them! Even the really cheesy ones! LOL!! |

Well, they're all kind of cheesey, now that we look back at them but still wonderful. And some of them sooooo prophetic, like "The Doomsday
Machine!"

I presume you mean TOS. Mine was the episode with Frank Gorshin that had the planet at war because the half-white/half-black folks were fighting whether they
were white on the right side or the left side. Yeah, it was heavy-handed liberal, but I liked it anyway.

I'd forgotten about that episode, yes, it was great, too.

Mah, I was trying to think of the title for that one! (How about that last scene when Apollo asks to come "home." I still remember the line,
"there is no room for Gods anymore."

Ha! And I thought I was a geek. I don't know the name of any of the episodes except Trouble for Tribbles (and that's only because it's SO obvious).
I don't really have a favorite but I like the ones mentioned so far (after I looked them up

and the one with Ricardo Montalban, where he played Kahn, Kirk's nemesis in the second ST movie which was sooooooooo much better than the first!
(I used to have a ST book with all the episodes; it got lost, somewhere along the way). Your Signature ...
