Yes, AMEN! That's tricky subject matter.
I'm so glad that Cate Blanchett is on board with this project!!! That whole Sienna Miller casting choice had me thinking, "Sorry, Russ, but I may have to wait for this one to come on HBO." Sienna is just a "straight to dvd" kinda girl in my mind. Fiddle |

Sienna was very entertaining in the movie Casanova playing opposite Heath Ledger. I think she could have handled the period role of Maid Marian with a younger
actor. The pairing of Russell with Sienna didn't work for me, though.

Still wondering about the hair, though...why have it so long for...well, so long, and cut it short only a few months before filming starts? I hope if he wears
a wig it will look natural!
Sounds like they are going to keep it real as far as facts...just hope that's enough to make it a good story too. |

 Is it possible that shorter hair is more appropriate to the

But it's difficult to discern exactly what dates they are referring to, especially since it includes this later on:

I'm hoping that, if he is wearing a wig, it'll be made from his own hair. It'd be a shame, all that time growing it out, to see those gorgeous
locks go to waste.

No doubt about the scruff...he has that most days anyway!
 The wig of his own hair would make sense, but why do it if he had it long anyway? The thing
about his hair is it grows so fast so I guess if they still have another month before they start it would be longish again already. Maybe he just couldn't
stand it anymore!
Love the idea of curling it w/hot irons though! Guess that idea isn't as modern as we think!
